A few practical terms.
Rounds is a tool for recording checks. Here is how its licensing and purchases work.
App license
The Rounds app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement is the app’s license. This page summarizes practical information and does not replace it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Rounds Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The app shows the available products, their price, and purchase terms before you confirm. Prices and availability can vary by region.
Apple handles payments, subscriptions, and purchase restoration through your Apple Account. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting Rounds does not cancel a subscription. Canceling keeps Pro active until the paid period ends. After expiry, your data, complete history, notes, and photos remain on your device and in iCloud, and iCloud sync remains included with Free. Free activity is limited to one selected owned round and its allowance of active checkpoints, and that selection stays fixed while you are on Free; excess rounds and checkpoints remain readable. You can finish an active round and resolve existing issues. New issue reports in owned places, premium print formats, widgets, and owner sharing require active Pro. Shared-place work is available to invited collaborators only while the owner’s Pro is active. See storage and iCloud help for details.

Your checks and your judgment
A recorded check reflects what someone entered. Rounds does not verify the condition of a place, certify an inspection, or replace required safety procedures. You remain responsible for the checks you perform and any action that follows.
Your content
Only add or share content you have permission to use. Consider who can access a shared place or an exported file, especially when it includes names, notes, or photos. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
Trademarks
Apple, AirPrint, iPad, iPhone, and StoreKit are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store, CloudKit, iCloud, and iCloud+ are service marks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
