Rounds support.

Use Scan inside Rounds. The codes identify checkpoints in the app; they are not website links. Allow camera access when prompted.

Check the lighting, clean the camera lens, and keep the whole code in view. You can also open the checkpoint from Today, Checkpoints, a round, or a place. If a label is damaged, reprint it from Rounds. Replacing a checkpoint’s code makes the old code stop working.

Yes. Your core rounds, checks, and history work on the device offline. Apple services such as purchases and iCloud sync need a connection. Make sure the round is already available on your device before heading somewhere without a signal.

Free. Free includes up to five active checkpoints in one place or Without a place, and one round with its schedule and personal reminder. The complete basic care loop is included: checks, issues, work records, notes, photos, history, the daily reminder, iCloud sync, standard QR labels, and one read-only Today widget.

Pro. Adds unlimited active checkpoints and rounds, PDF care reports with a date range and chosen notes or photos, and premium print formats. The US reference price is $1.99 per month or $19.99 lifetime. Eligible new subscribers pay $0.99 for their first month.

After expiry. Choose up to five active checkpoints in one place or Without a place, and one round to keep working with. Other checkpoints and their history remain readable. Pro is not required to resolve existing issues or finish a round already in progress.

Record an inspection as OK or a problem, then add a dated work or repair entry when something is done. Each event keeps its own note and optional photos, so a repair never overwrites the original problem.

You can record more than one event on the same day. When a repair resolves an issue, link the work to that issue and add before-and-after photos if useful.

Open a round and tap Set schedule. Fixed schedules follow calendar dates, such as every day or selected weekdays. After-round schedules start the next interval when the round is completed.

A date-only round is due for the whole day and becomes overdue the next day. Add a due time for a specific deadline. Each round keeps its own schedule and saved time zone, even when another round uses the same checkpoints.

A personal round reminder is optional, stays on this device, and does not change the round deadline. Each of your devices can keep its own reminder preference.

A separate optional daily reminder is available in Settings → Reminders → Daily reminder. The reminder uses the default notification sound, respects your device’s notification settings, and opens Today’s attention list. It arrives at your chosen time even when Rounds is closed. It repeats daily, including days when nothing is due.

Coming up shows today and the next six days of scheduled rounds. Fixed schedules, including daily repeats, appear on each planned date. After-round schedules show the next known date after completion.

Round progress shows which checkpoints were completed and what remains. A recorded issue counts as checked for that run, but stays open until repaired. Open issues remain visible independently from the round schedule. Pull down on a main list to refresh saved data.

The checkpoint is independent of a physical group. This is a valid choice, not unfinished setup. It still works normally and appears under Without a place in Checkpoints. You can assign a standalone checkpoint to a named place from Edit checkpoint. A checkpoint already in a round keeps that round’s place.

Yes. Add the same checkpoint to as many rounds in the same place as you need. It keeps one history, so care is not split between duplicate copies.

Removing a checkpoint from a round keeps the checkpoint and its history. Deleting the checkpoint is a separate action: it removes its issues and checks outside walks. Saved walk records remain in History.

Rounds Pro can create a PDF report for a checkpoint or place over a selected date range. You choose whether notes and photos are included before exporting or printing it. A report records what was entered; it is not a certification.

The US reference price is $1.99 per month, or $19.99 for a one-time lifetime purchase.

Eligible new subscribers pay $0.99 for their first month. The monthly plan then renews at $1.99 per month until canceled.

Prices vary by region; the Rounds Pro screen shows your eligibility and current local price, and Apple confirms the price and terms before purchase. Lifetime does not renew.

Use Restore Purchases on the Rounds Pro screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.

If you still cannot access Pro, include the app version and what you see when you contact support. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Rounds. Apple manages billing and cancellation.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

A lifetime purchase is not a subscription.

Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the paid period ends.

After expiry, your data, complete history, notes, and photos stay on your device and in iCloud, and iCloud sync continues with Free.

You can keep checking up to five selected checkpoints in one place or Without a place, use one selected round, finish a round already in progress, and resolve existing issues. Your saved checkpoint selection stays fixed while you are on Free.

Other checkpoints and rounds remain readable with their full history, notes, photos, schedules, and open issues. Pro is needed to reactivate them for ongoing care and to create PDF care reports or use premium print formats. Existing issues can still be resolved without Pro.

Pro active: All active checkpoints and rounds are available. No Free allowance selection is needed, including with lifetime Pro.

Choose and save: Choose up to five checkpoints in one place or Without a place, and one round to keep using on Free. Choose at least one checkpoint from that round. You can choose No round for checkpoints in a named place. Checkpoints without a place require a round. Then tap Save.

After expiry: Open Today and choose your Free set, if prompted. If your checkpoints and rounds fit the Free allowance, no selection is needed. Rounds keeps the rest readable.

Before saving: Finish or end any active round. Your history remains available, including notes and photos.

Removing a round detaches its checkpoints and preserves their checks, issues, work records, photos, and history. When deleting a place, choose whether to keep its checkpoints without a place or delete them too. Rounds remain. Deleting a checkpoint removes it from every round, including its issues and checks outside walks. Saved walk records remain in History.

Deletions in Rounds also sync to iCloud and your other devices when connectivity allows.

Removing the app deletes its local data. Data already synced to iCloud can return after reinstalling with the same iCloud account; unsynced changes can be lost.

Removing the app does not erase backups or files you exported. See the privacy policy for details.

Changes save on your device first, so you can work offline.

When iCloud is enabled for Rounds, your own places, checkpoints, care records, and photos sync to your devices using the same iCloud account. Sync is included with Free and continues after Pro expires.

Rounds has no separate account or data server. Your iCloud account for data can be different from the Apple Account you use for purchases.

Sync happens in the background when Apple services, your account, storage, and connection allow it. It is not instant and is not a separate backup.

The iCloud account status in Settings reports account availability; it does not confirm that every change has synced.

Open Rounds online before a walk and check that the expected places are present.

Offline edits wait to sync; deletions also sync, and simultaneous changes can be merged.

Existing local rounds still work offline. Check that you are signed into iCloud, have space available, and allow iCloud for Rounds in device Settings.

Local development builds store data only on that device.

Do not delete the app to fix sync: unsynced checks could be lost.
